MadPea Pet Friends Fair - Home Is Where The Dog Is

MadPea's Pet Friends Fair is almost here!  It starts tomorrow, June 30th, and runs through July 20th.  I'm thrilled to be an official blogger for this fun event.  Both my RL and SL life are filled with pets, so this is no stretch for me to enjoy being a part of the Fair.

I don't normally do purely furniture/decor shots, not being entirely comfortable with that set of photo skills.  But Serenity Style's Dog Lovers set for the Fair inspired me!  These items are cute and well made; you'll love them for your filled-with-pets home too.  Aren't our homes really built around and FOR our pets?  ;)

Happy shopping!

Now Where To Hide The Presents

Holiday season is coming our way

Music and lights set the mood for the day

There are so many things that I've gotta do

To make Christmas special for you

Shopping and planning, all things in their place

Company's coming in just one more day

My body is tired, there's so much to do

I can't wait till Christmas is through, oh

Remember the Christmas candy dish, I do

And sneaking to find your hidden gifts

The carols I sung and the games I played

Oh, when did they all go away?

Remembering Santa's lullaby

The night before Christmas butterflies

Christmas means to you, oh yeah

What Christmas means to me

'Cause I don't wanna grow up, oh no

If I lose Christmas

Oh, remember the Christmas candy dish, I do

And sneaking to find your hidden gifts

The carols I sung and the games I played

Oh, when did they all go away?

Remembering Santa's lullaby

The night before Christmas butterflies

Christmas means to you, yeah yeah

What Christmas means to me

'Cause I don't wanna grow up, oh no

If I lose Christmas

Merry Christmas, Mommy

Merry Christmas to you too

Enchantment Is Here! Snow White's Wish

Enchantment has begun! This is an amazing event, jam packed with stellar creators. The theme is Snow White. My first thought about the theme was hmm, how on earth will our wonderful designers come up with anything other than Snow White's famous dress in colors we well know and be kind of...humdrum in similarity. How wrong I was! Make it a point to visit the event this round, there are so many beautiful things.

Our dear Snow White begins her adventure as the Seven Dwarfs return home from work. They're singing, of course. "It's home from work we go..." (whistle, whistle) They march over the bridge, excited to see Snow White again, and hoping she has a roast in the oven. ;) Snow White gazes off into the distance, wishing perhaps, for the one she loves? Who might that be? The HUNTSMAN?? If we go by a clue, that hunter knife necklace she's wearing by [evoLove] would indicate so. Hmm. She's also wearing a gorgeous gown by Whymiscal Marketplace. Several colors and fits are available; this one is in Olive and Teal. Her hair is by lock&tuft called Casey, including the pretty headband. Other decor includes an apple basket gacha item by Les sucreries de Fairy, a wishing well from *DAWN*, and some intriguing landscaping decor by Serenity Style. I'll add these as I can to other posts, such beautiful additions to outdoor living! I'm also using a lovely pose which is part of an lar [poses]' Regina series exclusive to the event.
