It's time for a 2017 new year's round of Swank!! There are lots of wonderful items awaiting your shopping consideration. In this post I'm sharing items from Tashi, Jumo and Yeux! The Swank monthly event is huge with over 100 designers featuring fashion, decor, furniture and landscaping. The January theme is "Renew Yourself!" I can't think of a better way to do that than put on some enjoyable sparklies and paint the town teal. ;)

My pose is by NANTRA, and the set, Eternal Beauty, is only 30Ls NOW for the 30L Saturday Sale! Mirrors are included. They are mahvelous, darling.

I'm wearing my Lelutka Simone Bento head, which I have already reshaped again prior to publishing this post. We are all a work in progress, yes?

Not High Enough

My dad was a teacher and an avid reader. I definitely learned my love of reading from him. This pic reminds me of my childhood home, actually. If we could still reach a book, the stacks weren't high enough! My mom would get after my dad to straighten up his collection. Many weekends, my dad would be sitting on the floor amid a pile of books, sadly trying to decide what to donate or trash. Then most of them would get stacked up again, donated to ME. ;)

How can there be a thing such as too many books??

Swank Makes Me So Sad

...when its the end of a beautiful round. That's right, this round of Swank, Where Fashion Comes Alive, ends tomorrow, May 28th!! We have this evening and tomorrow to wrap up our shopping for these exceptional items.

My hairstyle is by Letituier, called Karina. It's a savoir faire yet cutely messy gathering to the left. Karina can easily yield to hair adornments and assist in showing off jewelry in addition to shining on its own. Speaking of hair adornments, I just love this headband by Xen's Hats. It's called Daisy Headband with different colors available.

My dress and nails are by Tashi, and they both have color huds. The adorable warm weather dress is called Alma, the nails French I. They are necessary-isms!

My marvelous jewelry is by Luminesse. This collection is Kosazana Lustra Gold and includes matching necklace and earrings.

Did you notice the lovely garden arrangement behind me? It's made by Tm Creation, called GM10 Spring Garden Arrangement exclusively for Swank! This decor item will add floral beauty to any garden setting.

Zuri and Tashi Make a Gorgeous Combo at Swank!

Swank's March Round is open! Here are some beautiful offerings from Zuri Rayna and Tashi. Zuri's Sari Collection in Mocha/Emerald is stunning! The set includes Necklace, Earrings, Bracelets, Head Piece, Tikki (and belly jewel not depicted). The pieces can be worn separately or together, and even added with other pieces you love from your inventory. I think jewelry "makes" a fashion statement, giving outfits that glorious extra. Whether you're a casual lady who lives in jeans, or swathed in formal elegance for an evening out, this is a set to add to your collection.

My gown by Tashi is named Cloe. Your purchased folder will include fits for most avies. I am wearing the Maitreya fit. Cloe hugs curves and clings down to the ankles with a subtle flare at hem line. It is beautiful and a deceptively simple style - there is a fantastic low back drape on this one. Must see and take home! A note: this gown walks/moves very well for me, I feel comfortable and confident wearing it.

The Timeless Store has a new pose set at the main inworld store, called Leona. Above I am posing with #4 of the set. These poses work especially well with gowns, with a closer stance on each one that will present formal gowns at their best. If they'll do gowns proud, they'll do most everything else proud too!
