Remember Lucky Santangelo?

This NANTRA pose from the set, Capische?, reminds me of Jackie Collins' book series about Lucky Santangelo.  The daughter of an Italian-American former gangster, she was beautiful and tough as nails.  A mini-series was also released called Lucky Chances.  I'm such an eclectic reader and film buff.

For my modernizing Lucky look, I'm wearing Fleur by Phoenix Hair, and the Lustful set by Masoom now at Equal10.  Go check 'em out, capisce??

Procrastidrinking

Procrastidrinking - The art of drinking instead of doing something else you should be doing.  This is a really big glass of wine!  Perfect for extensive procrastidrinking.

I don't smoke any more, but I do vape a wussy 3mg.  Kicking the cigs was tough!  I enjoyed smoking, although I suppose every smoker says that.  Drinking wasn't my scene often, except for nights out dancing.  But I didn't mind being the DD either.  A coke, a smoke, and my own personal dance high.  There we go.  ;)

I don't suppose there are even any dance clubs open any more?  We'll just have to dance at home.

Farewell to vacation friends

Okay ready? Pose for the camera, everybody.  Stop moving around.  Okay, really...ready for the pic.  Guys?  Hey.  Stand still.  Stand...still.....

It's my final flamingle-ing, at least for awhile, with this cute set by Secret Poses.  You'll find these now at the store post-event.  I've posted them 20 times (not really, this is the 3rd) because I love them so much.  You can use the poses sans flamingos if you'd like too!

My hair is Jess by Phoenix and it's a style with lots of options, including length, with or without hat and even hat style.  Jess is an immediate fave, too-too cute!  My outfit is by Meva, the Kaylee set, out now at the Fameshed event.  It includes the jacket, top, pants AND boots for Maitreya ladies, complete with texture huds.  A perfect outfit since it gets cool down by the beach at dusk.

Of course, my friends are all aflutter over my jacket now.  Sheesh.  Wannabe copycats.

Happy shopping!

A dream that you have made reality

It's been quite awhile
You've really kept me wanting you
You've got some style, you're so unique
So beautiful, so warm, so deep
Stay with me tonight
Let me know what kind of love
That will remain, forever be
A dream that you have made reality

I Don't Know Why I Did It

I don't know why I did it

But I did it and it hurt so bad

And I know it sounds pathetic

I get it, but just come back

But I did it, but I did it

I did it, I did it

I did it, I did it, I did it, oh!

What could I say

There were no excuses, there was nothing to explain

I rang, I rang, I only called you up to hear you say my name

And then you left before they even opened the champagne

But you looked hot

You're still my favorite of all the boys that I betrayed
