A Crunchy Apple Will Bring Out The Wolves

Have you ever noticed you can be completely alone in the forest, but take something out to eat and the wolves come running?  That's all Little Red Riding Hood had to do, one bite of an apple.  Well at least the wolves offered to light the way for her trek to Grandmother's house after her little tussle with them for continued ownership of the apple!  Little did she know, what lies ahead....

Little Red Riding Hood was first written down in the late 1600s by Charles Perrault. The Brothers Grimm's version, called Rotkäppchen, is the best-known and dates from the 19th century, 200 years later. This story certainly has grim circumstances for one very hungry wolf! 

Create your own Grimm Brothers fairy tale with the fantastic creations waiting at the Enchantment Event in Second Life.  This round is not only about little Miss Riding Hood, it's Grimm Brothers carte blanche for the designers. I'd love to see what you create too, don't hesitate to show me.

So here we go - tomorrow is VFO-Day! Vintage Fair Opening Day, that is. This is a super exciting yearly event guaranteed to please our nostalgia.  Below are the promised main event landmarks, and under each featured designer in my posts I have included a direct landmark.

To show off my coppertone tan to advantage, I'm wearing La Perla's Sandry bikini. The bikini bottom has a adorable flouncy skirt.  The texture hud is great; this little bikini will get lots of use and plenty of different patterns and colors.  My tattoo - which I love-love-love - is by p i c h i, called pretty blossom.  The hud options include this one, color, or varied B&W fades.  See my cute little Vintage rings by Candy Crushers? Enchantment - Why Doesn't Snow White Have White Hair?

I was pondering the Q - Why doesn't Snow White have white hair? I mean, it's in her NAME. Obviously white hair isn't a connotation for purity exclusively, and sometimes not at all. But the idea is implanted in our processing of light/dark, positive/negative, good versus evil. Why wasn't she named...Raven Angel?

There is an incredible array of gorgeous creations at the Enchantment event until the end of the month. The theme is Snow White (whatever color her hair, lol). I highly recommend this event, so stop in soon!
