The Dystopian Future Of A Clockwork Orange

I really don't know much about steampunk, aside from watching A Clockwork Orange when much younger (and being nearly emotionally scarred for life). And! The fantabulous fashion and decor of Second Life's world of steampunk. It really is quite amazing. Steam engine modes of travel into the air, clocks, gears, and rich darker tones and metals, with surprising bold dashes of color.

Escalated brings us a perfectly themed hairstyle for the Engine Room Event. She is called Glencora. The accompanying goggles can be worn or hidden, with texture changes on the style hud. Usually I texture with the special blondes miniHUD, but have been trying to show you different tones. This is a combo texturizing with the blonde and red huds. Get the fatpack and go crazy! This hairstyle would also be quite lovely for elegant wear sans goggles.

Hit the gachas at The Arcade for Masoom's marvelous outfit called Maeve. There are different fits and colors. This ensemble has several pieces that can be worn separately or together. It would be especially interesting mixing up the pieces with different colors. (And especially sexy NOT wearing some of the pieces!)

I didn't give you much time to grab Secret Poses' Perfect Click pose set while on sale. A couple of hours. Scuffing foot. Maybe it won't be dismantled until morning, hurry! ;) Even if you miss the sale, you'll find lots of wonderful pose sets and getting this one at regular price is well worth it anyway. Since I'm in a dystopia, my camera isn't ill-fitting for the idea, is it?
