The Clauses had more of a social life before Mr. Claus took up the task of spreading joy to all children around the world. He and the missus would meet up with friends at the local Hot Cocoa Bar. Often joining them were the North Pole Mayor and his wife, local shopkeepers, Mr. and Mrs. Abominable, and an array of distinguished elves and reindeer. The cocoa was spiked to the hilt with marshmallows! They would dance to tunes like "It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas," "Jingle Bells," and their personal favorite, "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas." This is a vintage photo of the couple being the first to arrive for the evening's festivities and waving a welcome to approaching friends. The Hot Cocoa Bar will soon be filled to bursting with merrymaking revelers!

Both bento poses are by Secret Poses, from the Eddie and Elpha sets. The Elpha set was actually for Halloween. Minus the broom it looks like a greeting - double holiday duty.
