Flippant has released a fun and flirty outfit for our cooler weather fun, named Minnelli! It consists of the dress, scarf and boots with a 4-texture change hud. Click down the same color row like I have or mix and match. You might find yourself keeping the boots on all winter, they're simply that cute! You can also pop the scarf on with other tops.
