Swank - Where Fashion Comes Alive

Swank for May is open! This month's round is "Where Fashion Comes Alive." Today I'm sharing the marvelous offerings from two designers at Swank - Saschia's Designs and Dulce Secrets. 

Saschia's Designs has created this lovely white outfit called Pantheon, with standard mesh sizing. It consists of a top that includes the lovely neck tie and pants. Pure and white, this outfit is pristine in its elegance. I thought it made a nice representation of beauty arising from the stark background. Did you know that, while black is considered "no color," white is a combination of ALL color? Simplistic statement but interesting nonetheless.

Dulce Secrets released these compelling eyes called Nueva and this particular color is Mist. Packs include eyes for both system and mesh, and several color options, it was difficult to choose which ones to share in this post. Wear these, and anyone will fall under your spell!

The pose I'm using is by Image Essentials, part of the Show Me The Shoes (2) pack available at The Garage Fair. These are fun and flirty, and do put a nice spin on showing off our pretty shoes, among other attributes!  The pose below is also by Image Essentials from the Accessorise set. It can be found at the main store.

For my nail polish, I selected a pristine color in a hud exclusive from ZOZ. The name is DSignature Naturals white tip, and this is the lightest color on the hud. These are available now at Revamped. ZOZ nails for classy girls!

A Quick Visit

Peanut and I decided to stop at a friend's house for a quick visit. Peanut was feeling a bit shy so I didn't try to cajole her from her carrier; she watched the goings-on comfortably with bright eyes.

As usual, our talk circled back to fashion. "Who are you wearing?" we laughed.

Well, *I* am wearing charming, slightly messy pigtails by Poison Ivy for one thing! My hairstyle is called Ida and the hair pin is included. Ida is available at The Garage Fair now.

Mayfly Eyes...my friend chimed in "...as usual!" Yes, indeed. (She was wearing them too!)

My dress is by Hudson's Clothing Co., called Boho Satin Slip. My friend exclaimed, "Oh what a perfect dress for summer, I want one too!" I helpfully gave her the Landmark. She giggled at how quickly I could whip that out of Peanut's carrier for her, but thanked me effusively.

My friend actually did notice my sandals. They are original mesh by Slipper Originals, called Elsie Sandals. Then she asked if she could borrow them, since we're the same size. Suddenly noticing the time, I told her we had to leave! Peanut, my sandals and I escaped intact. Whew! But I did put another Landmark in my friend's mailbox. <g>
