It's okay to take time for yourself

We give so much of ourselves to others,

and we need to be refueled both physically and mentally.

If we are in balance,

It helps us in all our interactions.

These Chains

I see your face when I look in the mirror

I feel your touch but you're not there

Wakin' up, had enough of this dream of mine, girl this just isn't fair

What direction should I go? Girl what's next for me, I don't know

Is it gonna get easier than tryin' to break these chains around my heart

Does it ever get easier, without you I can't pull these chains apart

Day by day, until they break, oh oh

Caravan

Once a long, long time ago

Setting out to find our dreams

Lost in memories of golden days

Sometimes rising in the spring

Glowing, shiming comes the sun

Golden day beams come through to me now

Those who know the firebird

Try to find forever the dreams

Try to find forever the way, my way

Caravan, journey in the sky

As the sun comes out from the day

Caravan, we know who we are

We discover where or when

Caravan, now we find a love

Love shimmering and

Soon our love is gone

A lightbulb moment

It can be frustrating when the answer's hard to find

But it's more motivating to keep this thought in mind

Every step I take

Is more progress that I make

As my ideas are growing

It's like a light that starts glowing

So if I keep on going

I'll invite another lightbulb moment

My oasis

The desert don't end

The rain don't fall

And I can't pretend I don't want you all

'Cause I want you all

Oh, babe, I really need you

My feelings getting deeper

My mind is in a free fall

But there's nothing I can do when it comes to you

You play with my emotions

I'm flowing like the ocean

I pray for your devotion

'Cause there's nothing I can do when it comes to you

My oa-, my oa-, my oasis

My oa-, my oa-, my oasis

My oa-, my oa-, my oasis

There's nothing I can do when it comes to you

White winged dove

The clouds never expect it when it rains

But the sea changes colours

But the sea does not change

So with the slow, graceful flow of age

I went forth with an age old desire to please

On the edge of seventeen

Just like the white winged dove

Sings a song, sounds like she's singing

I said ooh, baby, ooh, said ooh

Just like the white winged dove

Sings a song, sounds like she's singing

I said ooh, baby, ooh, said ooh
