Whymsical Marketplace released this lovely outfit called 4th of July Retro Formal. It includes a retro style dress in patriotic trim with matching heels. What a cute dress for sailing! Start out your trip with this look. Perhaps you're wearing a bikini underneath for sunning on the deck later. ;) I think this style transcends just one holiday.
I stopped by Image Essentials to make use of one of the wonderful studio rezz-builds.
