Nearly decked out for Thanks-mas

We're approaching that time - Thanksgiving to Christmas.  When do you start decorating, Thanksgiving weekend?  Or do you wait until December 1st.  December 15th?  A tiny fiber optic tree on the coffee table on Christmas Eve???  (Yes, we actually did that once.)
