Already tired of autumn and the approaching icicles?? Everybody needs a little summer place and we can do that virtually. ;) Find yourself a little island parcel and rez Greymoon Designs' Aderwell house. It's modern with 3 levels and plenty of space while being surprisingly compact. A pretty pool is included, along with a working ceiling fan on the top deck. The stairs are nicely constructed - none of that bare minimum stuff, actual stairs. It also includes on/off recessed lighting. Use the rezzer to move it easily around to the perfect spot. It's in move-in condition!
